Travel Bursaries

The NSHJA is excited to be introducing travel bursaries again in 2026. We will be offering an increased amount of twelve $250 travel bursaries within the Maritimes and eight $500 travel bursaries for traveling outside of the Maritimes.

These bursaries aim to make it more accessible for riders to participate in opportunities that will improve their skills and experience.

To be considered for one of our bursaries, please submit the form by the deadline that will be announced on our social media pages.

Please make sure to review the criteria at the top of each application carefully. You are welcome to apply for both travel bursaries. However, if you are selected for the bursary covering travel outside the Maritimes, your name will be removed from consideration for the other bursary.
